Ideal True Value is a privately owned hardware store located in Crossett, Arkansas.  Ideal True Value has been in business for over 50 years at the Crossett location. Ideal True Value is affiliated with the True Value hardware distribution group which enables Ideal to be very competitive with the pricing and selection/availability of home improvement items and building materials. We would like to be given the opportunity to meet all of your online hardware and home improvement needs.

 Many of the items sold on this web site are direct shipped directly from one of 12 Regional Warehouses located across the United States. We try to ship whenever possible from the warehouse closest to your address, thereby reducing shipping times. Some of the items cannot be directly shipped to customers but instead must first be shipped to our store and then forwarded to you. Lead times for shipment of these items varies from 5 days to 14 days depending on warehouse/store location and availability

 Most items are shipped via FedExGround direct from the warehouses. Some oversize items must be shipped via common carrier (like Roadway or Fedex Freight).
