Frequently Asked Questions
Q : How long does it take to ship my order ?
A : It can take from 3 - 14 days to ship your order depending on item warehouse/store availability.
Backorders and shortages are unavoidable and sometimes occur. In these instances shipment
time may be longer. Please email or call if this is a concern.
Q : When is my credit card charged ?
A: Your credit card is charged immediately when your order is placed. This is done for security
purposes so that no one has access to your card information. If for some reason the item
is no longer available and/or your order cannot be filled your card will be refunded as soon
as possible.
Q: I ordered the wrong item. How do I return it ?
A: Please read the procedures for returning items in our Store Policies section.
You will need to call us for an RMA # at 800-691-7339.
. Returns will not be refunded or exchanged without a valid RMA #.
Items cannot be returned for credit after 15 days.
Q: My item arrived damaged or with missing parts. What do I do ?
A: Please call our customer service representatives as soon as possible
at 800-691-7339 and they will guide you through the process. We will work
with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Q: I would like to expedite my order. It is an emergency. Can I do this ?
A: Normally we do not expedite shipping. However, please call us with your
information (item sku, your location, etc) and we will try to help you receive
your order as quickly as possible. In certain instances, additional shipping charges
may apply for this service.
