What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. Your consent
- When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
- We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
- Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include Ron's Home and Hardware. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
You will be given the opportunity to opt-out of you email subscription in each email you receive. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service your order and maintain sales history.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Online Policy Only
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground. If you need your order shipped another way, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a freight quote. FedEx ground estimated shipping charges are subject to change based on possible oversize charges. We will contact you if this is an issue. If you would like to have a shipment expedited, please contact us via phone at (870) 304-2944 an expedited delivery quote.
Payment Methods and Return Policies
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal for payment. If for some reason your item is out of stock or no longer available, we will refund your payment via the original payment method.
We charge your card immediately when your order is entered. This is done for security purposes so that no one will have access to your credit card number. Once again, if for some reason your order cannot be filled, your card will be refunded as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will replace your items or refund your money less the original shipping amount upon the return of your items to our store. A 20 % Restocking fee plus freight charges applies to all merchandise returned that was not damaged or defective as long as the product is returned within 15 days. After 15 days items cannot be returned for a refund. Please contact us for instructions about returning your items. We will not accept returns unless you contact us and receive a RMA number (return authorization number). An order that is cancelled after it has been processed is subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight charges for both delivery and return. This can become very costly on larger items. Please include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email and the reason for your return.
Common Carrier Shipment Options and Information
Some goods are too large to be shipped via FedEx Ground. These will be shipped via common carrier (freight line). Please include a telephone number where you can be reached by the freight company to set up an appointment to deliver your goods. Orders that are to be shipped via common carrier and are cancelled are subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight costs (both ways). Occasionally, the quoted freight price will need to be revised dependent on the ever changing terms of the freight companies. Items such as residential delivery fees and fuel surcharges are constantly changing. We reserve the right to revise any and all freight charges to an invoice. If this is neccessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to review the changes to your invoice and to seek approval for the updated freight charges.
IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, please file a claim with the shipping company. This is the only way to handle this circumstance. Also, please notify us that you have filed a damage claim with the shipping company.
We reserve the right to refuse payment from anyone for any reason and to refund your payment and not fill your order. There are occasional circumstances that occur to prevent orders from being filled and we will refund your money and cancel your order in the event that your order cannot be filled properly.
