PRODUCTS

    We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:

    You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

    We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. 

    Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is placed. If the item is backordered or unavailable for any reason your card will be refunded within 7-10 business days, usually sooner.

   YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. Please ensure that ALL of your information is correct before you place your order and that you really do want to place the order. Once the order has been processed IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If the order has been processed and cannot be stopped from shipping, you can request an RMA and return the order for up to 30 days from the order date.

SHIPPING

    We attempt to ship all orders within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and Holidays) of the order being processed. Please understand that there are times when shipping delays are unavoidable such as an act of God (weather, natural disaster, Global Pandemic, etc). In these cases we will ship the orders as soon as we can. Also, at times mistakes can and will be made. We will do our best to rectify and correct mistakes as soon as possible.

    Certain orders are too large to ship via UPS GROUND so they will be shipped LTL Freight by the carrier of our choice. Please provide your telephone number with your order as the LTL Carrier will require your phone number to establish a delivery appointment for your order. Shipments will be delayed if a phone number is not provided.

   PLEASE DO NOT ENTER P O BOXES as shipping addresses as we ship only by UPS GROUND or LTL Freight and they do not deliver to P O Boxes.
    Orders containing P O Boxes in the shipping address WILL be delayed.

   Shipment tracking will be emailed to you after your order ships. In rare instances tracking may not be available.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
   We provide customer service via phone and email. After business hours you will be sent to voice mail.  Please speak slowly and clearly if you leave a message. Email is the preferred method because it leaves a clear written audit trail of all correspondance which helps us assist the customer. We try to answer all email customer service requests within 24-48 hours.

RETURN POLICY
      We will accept returns up to 30 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping charges. The only exception is if the product you receive is damaged, defective or not the product that you ordered. In that instance, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item or simply issue a full refund (we will decide which method.

    By using the Site or the Marketplace Offerings, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.
